Dealing with high-pressure situations is part of the job; however, how you communicate through the process can greatly influence the outcomes, and may determine just how stressful the experience ends up being. This session will walk through the basics of crisis management, with a strong emphasis on the communications pieces – both internal with core stakeholders, and external with the community and customers. We will talk through strategies you can apply in your organization to prepare for crisis situations and ensure you are better able to weather the storm.
